in ten minutes I have to go to catch the bus for my meeting with the doc.

Translated literally it means: Jean, bring me a window, I want to look into the garden! It comes from one famous Czech fairytale my favourite actually. This sentence has even on Like group on facebook

Jean is .... every servant used to be called Jean

Because it simply was like that in history many times.
