I tried. I didn't work :/ I tried some other things to remove it..

I have to buy new trousers..

@Lucy, Why I need to see a doctor? If you were regarding to this: Unfortunately I don't feel better, I'm hopeless and down. - It's not about my health. It's about my mood. I feel better now..

Highly NTSMS-addicted: I have surpassed 300 days of pure online time.

Apart from that I feel very busy. Lots of work in my apartment that got neglected over the past few weeks. One of the reasons that I took three days off; this is the last day, but at least I've achieved a bit.

As for myself, I'm fighting against self pity. I'm used to think about less lucky people on the world, and I immediately feel better.

I've had a strong headache in the afternoon, and I hardly ever feel that. Luckily I had free time, and I could just lay on my bed, and rest. I even had to take a pill against the pain.

Thank you, it's over now. Maybe stress too, weather changes - though I didn't feel them before. I'm sure mostly it happened because my wishes are not in relation with my life. But instead of focusing on this I decided to work on changing - that helped.
