Our Government pays all scholarship for best students,
And best of those best get up to 100€ a month for spending on whatever they want. (I'll try to compete for that)
And for Bologna process 3 + 2 years, last 2 years are free for everyone.
For others government pays a big part of scholarship but not all (they still have to pay between 500 and 1500€).
There are some collages that are not in government program and they cost up to 4000 or 5000€ a year.
Those are all measures for project "Croatia, land of knowledge"
We have lower numbers on high education than EU, so we started to push it, and the results are good.
Now what we need is to get those people a workplace that pays a lot, because many of those people go in other countries to work.
