Traveling to London?
« on: September 29, 2006, 05:12:05 pm »
As I posted in the shoutbox, there's the option I'll go to London for 3 days in January (the week before the concert, Eve... don't worry  :nana: ).

The problem is that I can't ask my boss about the free day I need, yet: it'll be Friday-Sunday, only one day of work, but just now I'm waiting to be contracted by the enterprise (lol, when I write "enterprise" I can't help thinking in Star Trek XD). I can't ask my boss for a free day in January when I haven't signed the official contract yet (now I'm by the temporal work enterprise).

The thing is that yesterday we (guess who is the other one) discovered one of those "0,01 €" flight to London by Ryan Air, but we had to book it YESTERDAY, so we booked the flight... and if we finally can't go, we'll loose only the taxes and the insurance.

Well, I wish to be able to visit London very soon!!!  :ninja: :ninja: :ninja:

(and kill English in their homeplace!!!!!  )

Hi Luthien, I wish much fun to you in London. Have you already been there? I have (for holidays) and I loved it :)

Nope, never went to London or UK. That's one of the reasons why I'd like to go so much  :nosweat:

And Sirius... don't worry... I've heard you live far from London...

So, if your mind is not fragile and you like some kind of "horror" and "shockings" - I would recommend you to visit "The London Dungeon". It was creepy, horror, shocking... and I have to admit there were times in it where I felt horrible but as soon as I went out I found it just great!!! and most of the time it was just fun - but you have to understand their english... (and some of them speak awful)
The other lovely habbit was breakfast at Starbucks

Hey Luth,

I hope you can go, I hope you'll enjoy that trip greatly, and I hope that Sirius will have some important business in London right then. :)

Cheers!

@Shelley: my mind is strong enough... I don't know about who will travel with me  :lol3: But... there'll be so few days, I think we'll have only time to make a quick visit to the more touristic places and to realize how bad our real English is  :insane:
About Starbucks... we have Starbucks in Barcelona too...  :ninja:

@Markus: thanks a lot! And... Sirius will have some important stuff to do in London... hide as well as he can!!!

Even so, I'll be looking for a dead man walking. It can't be too difficult to find him

Good luck in your trip Luth!
Sirus.... good luck with our Queen.... I'm almost scared about it, but you know... we all know how to revive you :wink2:... so just relax, and hope it will be quick.
