Hi folks,

on a current occasion: What's your favourite mobile phone? Which do you use, which one would you like to have?

Personally, I still use an ancient Nokia Anything - allows me to phone and to do SMS but not much more. :rolleyes:

My first cell was an Ericsson, one of those biiiiiig, and very simple. After that, I changed I think that twice to another Ericson or Sony-Ericsson, the one I could have paying 0 € as a promotion

Now I decided to change to the this one, but a ******** stole it yesterday :bawling: Now I've to see the better way to get another one, if possible the same, without getting ruined

I have an old Sony. I can phone and text with it, nothing more ...but that's all I want it to do. Other gadgets and gizmos I prefer to have things that are specifically designed for the task. I do not care about updating my phone and I do not have any contract ('pay as you go' for me).

I have a digital camera for taking pictures (yeah, "cameras" - remember them?

)

and a digital dictaphone for recording interviews (or spying

)

My first cell phone was a magnificent Nokia 3310.

I've got this one for the moment, hopefully. I intend to change it and return to the Nokia club

My favorite cell phones are those which are permanently damaged, are in the "off-possition" and / or have run out of batery.

Haha yes, good man!

No-one phones me on mine anymore, cause it is always switched off and I might not pick up messages for weeks. No-one texts me any more, coz they know I will not reply.

It has come in handy once or twice when I really have needed to make a quick call or two. But I use "pay as you go" and when the phone runs out of credit I have been known to take 6 months to get round to putting some back on again!

And as I already said in the shoutbox:
I once was sat at the top of a mountain, taking in the amazing views, the peace & tranquility ...and some guy arrived & used his phone! We were the only two people for miles and he was in my space "blah blah blah"!

I nearly threw him off!!

But cell phones are fun, as long as you don't overdo.

Very basic? It looks like my the stolen phone!

This is my previous one, the one I have to use now:

It's not very bad, but the other one was better. Not only because it had camera, but because the sound quality was better

Hi Sirius,

I wouldn't like to miss mine, but I also hate people who show no tact in using their phone. Therefore I think you should have thrown that guy off the mountain really. Noone would have ever found out, and with his phone beside his shattered body the police would have concluded that it was own fault.

Which would be true in a certain sense.

I also think movile phone is dangerous... it can kill you if Sirius is near you and you dare to talk in the top of the mountain!!!

Of course I hate too when people doesn't know how to use the phone, when it's more important the phone than the person s/he has besides him/her, or the situation (like... a fantastic mountain or the infinite sea... whith its abyss included and some hungry anglerfish ready to eat you and your damn phone!!!!!!).

Even so, I miss my old-new-fantastic phone with its camera and fantastic sound (and a rock song as "calling tone"... included in the cell, not downloaded anyway

I've got a pretty basic Motorola, not color, just got some games, calculator, I can call and message. Basic needs. It's in fact my first phone. (Well, becuase I used to be very antisocial and almost never got out, but now I do thatt more often, my parents decided to get me one in emergency case)
BTW, Sirius, that's one of the funniest stories of people almost falling from mountain tops involving a cell phone.

Hehe, me too, if that is Nokia 3310. It's my first mobile phone and I still have it, and it's working perfectly. I would buy at least 10000 things before new mobile phone if I would have enough money.

I'm not even sure about the exact type, but apart from that I share your thoughts. I want that thing for phoning, and as long as it does that... I don't need a telephone that can make coffee or something.

For a ringtone i have ASGARDDDDD!!!! :nanana: supreme stuff!
We have to know out our queen number just in case Mishy get's hungry .and get's lonely in the house!
