Under Some Cottage Stars

What a nice scene! Do you have planted corn too? Or is it your cottage neighbour's?

I have seen three shooting stars standing in front of our house, and one from my bed.

We don't have any corn ourselves. Imagine our cottage as 1600 m^2 big, most of it being meadows and lots of trees, some of them rather old and big. Two more similar places following beyond our Eastern border, and all of that is surrounded by fields. This year they've been growing corn there, more specifically wheat.

The weather wasn't really favourable but we each saw a couple of meteors at least. I'm glad that you managed the same.
