I'm not sure which(witch) category of metall Nightwish fall in all that i can say is that they actually have a unique sound and thus they contribute to the pantheon of metall  :thumbup:(unlike other so called metall bands) :evil2: oh and tequilla Tarja has much MORE than only a nice voice

 Nightwish IMO is just metal, plain and really mainstream , bottom line, not worthy to classyfy, worthy to listen to sometimes tho
