Ok, this is a german band, i'm sure, they play symphonic metal, they mix angelical femal voices with the grunts, is it heavy, but it is not death metal, this one of the best songs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DT-iMTlXfpI, this song is called the final victory

Haggard is probably one of the most brilliant Metal acts since... Well, since someone else back in the day had the idea of mixing some classical with Metal. :wOOt:
My personal favorite from them is "Per Aspera Ad Astra" from their Eppur Si Mouve album. I should post up a bass cover of it. :P

Well, only have two albums from them, Eppur Si Muove (which I like soooo much, specially Herr Mannelig), and the new one, Tales Of Ithiria. Didn't like it though, seems they are trying a more classical approach, and I'm not used to that kind of music. They never seemed to esteem the metal side for me anyway. For me Therion is far better about mixing classical and heavy metal (Not that they (I mean Haggard) intend to do it though. :P).

Yeah, Haggard!  :wOOt:

"Eppur Si Muove" is one of my favourite albums. I just love "Per aspera ad astra", "The Observer" and the title track. "Herr Mannelig" is beautiful, too, even though I never understood why they put it on this record.

Cheers!

Being into astronomy, I also like the lyrics a lot. Some of them literally drive tears of emotion into my eyes.  :bawl:  ;D
