Some parts of this forum are realy slow to me.
I have to wait for 5min to open some topics, and I have 1Mbps conection speed  :verymad:
This was the problem even before this last site truble

It happens to me from time to time, too. But it use to get fixed with no problem very soon. I don't know the reason... but I don't think it's too bad. If anyone has real and long problems to enter the forums, please write it here and we'll study the case.

I had a little bit of a major problem this morning, although all links should be working, it all had me getting a download window about: "Do you want to save this file? index.php Of course, I didn't accept the download, but anyone has an explanation for that?

Forum didn't worked for 2 days or so: you could download the file with no problem, but it wasn't useful. Yesterday Ivo managed to make it work again.

I opened a topic for this kind of questions in Megatherion, in case NTSMS wouldn't work again.

Happily, we have it again!  :yeha:

Hi there,

the PHP-file is a program that is used by this forum. Usually it is executed on the server, and only its results are sent to your browser in the form of pure HTML. For some reason these PHP programs were not eexecuted on our server but instead sent to the browsers directly - which can't interprete them, of course. So that download message was a sign that something was wrong with the server.
