The karma thingy is that a member can "applaud" or "smite" another member, but you only can do after a certain number of posts (I'll check it out if you wish). For instance... as a reward for entering the forum and not running out when you realized how crazy we are, I'm going to applaud you. You'll see your karma increasing... unless somebody decides to smite you once, so you'd have "0" karma again.

About the HTML/CSS... well, I'm not very wise in these things... I think CSS is not able here (do you mean when you receive the news in your browser, don't you?). About HTML... well, perhaps I need to understand it better before replying  :whistle:

EDIT: "XML/RSS news" is enabled. But I suppose you're asking for another question. I need to understand it, as I said  :insane:

Basic HTML enabled. About CSS, I hadn't found... although I think there's no need of it. I'll maintain this configuration unless any problem happens, or anything makes me change my mind  :nosweat:
