Fan Made games

The title says it all.
Does anyone make fan made games (Obviously for PC) or play them.
I myself know how to make a few 2D-games using a special Game Making program... Anyone else got anything to say?

BTW, if you're interested in the tool I just mentioned: Game Maker (It isn't against the rules post URL adresses to other sites with forums, right?, if yes, some admin or mod delete this section)

I was wondering, because of previous forum experiences, but thanks for answering that for me.
Tzar0, no indeed, although it's possible to use a built-in language in this program, you can basically start off by simply using actions and events based on drag and drop. (I use that all the time, I'm too lazy to memorize codes. Although that makes the programming more versatile)

I Know a program called RPG MAKER there are many versions use the 2003 version or the XP version
in this program you can do RPG games and you have to download the RTP file,its a file who has the sprites and all the other stuff
i made a game but you will need time to make it really cool
