lucy, good luck with your course! I wish I had time for some artistic activity too...but with my uni schedule it's really hard to find enough time to do something...

I was there yesterday, no timetable yet, they don't know who will be the teacher, anyway, this is what I imagined for an art's school.

I'll go there on Friday and Saturday to draw and write an essay as a "knowledge test". I have found a lady who studied and teached weaving that also interests me a lot.

The people I'm going to study with are nice, and I saw the works of the graduate students: it looks like the school really lets them to create the way they want to.

I just started the second part of Jewish Trilogy

Not really but I already make a frame on the huge paper (100 x 65 cm or something like that). More tomorrow or such cause now it's bad light already and the artificial light always makes mess with the look so I work on such stuff I work only during bright daylight

this is just some try paper - when the colours are dry I'll try to add the "backround" to se how the colour match, if it's the desired combination visible (if the silver ones will be on the backround visible)

Well, my Hebrew doesn't go beyond "Boker tov!" (in Latin letters, please). The rest I have to fake with the help of the wikipedia.

But I know for sure that's not a Shin.

Anyway, I guessed right - and it's still very beautiful! Looking forward to the next steps of your work.
