How is it possible that someone in Norway obtains penalty for 21 years "just" for killing one person and here someone for killing 3 children on the tram stop cause of driving impaired obtains only 8 years and can get out from the prison after 4 years and is allowed to drive again? What the hell?

I have to repair my computer on the day of my birthday. Which means: re-install Windows, download all the f*cking patches, download all the free programmes again (Firefox, anti-virus soft, Winamp, et cetera) and update the registry. Gaaaaaah!
