It is called jumpstyle (yeah it is even funnier if you listen to it with the sound, even if it suxxx)

I don't know if you've ever seen that in real life...but it seems that in Netherlands this is quiet popular and that it is spreading in belgium (noooooooo I don't want to have my ass kicked by those guys if I go out )

I find that really ridiculous but it looks hard to dance like this

And?... how are you supposed to invoke a goat anyway?... you take some alcohol, caffeine...etc... and then you invoke the goat. The only thing that went bad is that the High Priest recorded the whole stuff... drank the rest of the alcohol... and well, you know very well what happened with the damn goat.
