A bit late, but here's my champion's breakfast:
Just awaken I only drink a juice, usually orange-juice.
Just arrived to work, I eat one or two cereal bars, and sometimes I drink a "cappuccino" (from the machine at work
).
And very late, at 11.30 or so, I go to the bar with some colleages to have the "good breakfast": half sndwith (1/4 bar of bread), or a "biquini" (a jam and cheese hot sandwich made with this soft, pattern bread... I haven't found the English name of it); and a white coffee.
All this depends a lot: now I make 3-breakfasts because of the hour I wake up, the uses of the people I work with... but I change it depending on the work or the day (of course, in weekend my breakfast use to be... a little late... let's say... 12h... a white coffe and a croissant or similar
).
