oven-warm bread with butter & salt is even more irresistable than cookies if you ask me.

Hi Eve,

admittedly, I make my own bread as well. I use a plain oven, though, and as I mentioned in the shoutbox I consider yeast a newfangled knickknack.

I do my bread the same way it has been done for millennia, with sourdough. Ever tried that technique?
