Not much of a snow but still white outside

I have to admit that this year (guess first time in my life) I wish for spring. I am so much looking forward to taking off the coat, going to school in a hoodie only.

And I wish to see the spring flowers! x) Crocuses and such.

Yesterday evening the snow has arrived, and for today morning we have about a 10-15 cm thick layer of snow, covering everything.

And it keeps falling! It looks like we are a bit stuck here.

Well, as a prologue to spring we have snowdrops and winter aconites in bloom here.

But for the time being I'll enjoy the remaining winter days - I'm up for a long snowy walk with the cuddly predator.

Lucy, I hope you have all you need under your cozy white blanket.

Yes, thank you!

We always keep some extra food for such cases. Funny is that we have a guest now, who should be in Kecskemét (about 50 km far) in the evening. And János has to go somewhere at 1 pm. So the guys are trying to shoveling the snow away and hopefully going to make the road free with the truck.

Hey folks,

spring may be approaching... there are snowdrops in bloom, and today I saw the first crocus-buds. Also I smelled the first poplar-buds today, which is a scent of spring to me. But for the time being, a new snowfall turned the landscape back to white within a few hours.

We have very good weather, and sunshine. On the weekend are some frosty nights to follow (-4, -5 C), but then spring returns. The birds are singing loud and today we have planted the first onions, tomorrow garlic to follow!

Yes, we are fine, thank you! But the situation in the whole country is serious. Lot of people got stuck on the roads, even highways, despite that the they could hear everywhere a notification that everyone should stay at home. The Ministry of the interior even sent sms-es, to my cell phone too, that they are rescuing them, and if they are out of fuel, sit into someone else's car. How can they be so irresponsible, to depart with little children, grandmother, without food and drink, blankets, not enough fuel?
