it was explained the reason of the title "Smells like Teen Spirit". It seems that "Teen Spirit" was a girly deodorant, and I don't remember who (a girl who didn't want good to Kurt
) wrote in the wall, after a concert: "Kurt smells like Teen Spirit". He didn't know what Teen Spirit was, but liked the name, so he used it in the next song, the one most famous... Only after the release somebody asked him: "why did you set a title about a feminine deodorant?"
