I need to find out about Spain's (lucky we have a few Spanyards among us!
) Energy consrvation programs and methods. If you're insterested, also post a little the way they do it in your country....
In my case, here the only way to save energy is your own conscience telling you what to do and what not to do and balckouts at least once a month.
