                     Love Painting

In the door he waits, waits, and waits,
for her to arrive to share his love.
when she approuches she smiles and shines,
her face lights up like she was sent from above

he held her hands to keep them warm,
they stand still in the clear night,
some leaves blow by like waves at sea,
but soon dark covers all in sight

They rush inside to hide from the storm
like night to day, summer to winter,
this day has taken its form,
to be in a blanket of shadows

while they stood in the room,
flames were rising with light,
he gave her a hug with care
her smile was growing very bright

The humble words "i love you"
was echoing in her ears
she held him close
her eyes shed few tears

he asked what was wrong
she answers "nothing dear"
after he wipes her damp cheeks
she says "i just want you near,"

he stared deep into her soul
she stood with lots of grace
with her Angel skin, and heavnly eyes,
he kissed her ever so gently......

The both wish this could have been a painting,
so that they could look back and say,
 Thats how our love began,
and how its here to stay.

I must admit it's really really beautiful.

I would never be able to write such a superb thing.

I wish you again all the best with her.

Could this poem become a reality between you and she.

Thanks, I hope that becomes a reality as well.

Yes, she is a amazing poet, and wuthor. I have read a good portion of her poetry, and stories just amazing. In Grade 5, her haiku was actually on a list for the best young person poem in Canada.

Yeah, I really think she could become a proffesional poet or writer. Since if she continues working on her writing, and since she is only 14. I could easily see that happining.
