I love animals very much and believe they are much better than we are. At least they're so devoted and uncorrupted.)))
Do you have any pet?
This is Shaitan))). We found him in the street 1.5 years ago. A very kind and friendly cat - I'm even surprised for my 1-st cat was very agressive.

A friend of mine is thinking about buying one. I'd tell you what he's planning to call it, but I think I'd offend everyone if I did. :ninja:
Anyway, I've been thinking about having a pet some time. But I'm more into calmer, tank animals... Perhaps a fish called Mephistopheles? :lol3:

i had pets and i ADORE them ... now i don't have them but one day when i get my own place i'll have 1 dog and 2 cats (i'm still negotiating with darling about the numbers of dogs and cats :nosweat: but well... i hope to have other animals too...but we'll see how my negotiation techniques will work ^_^). Here's in memoriam to my sweet little beasts:
Gizmo - huge and adorable cat; hobby: catching birds (mice are easy and unworthy prey). Because of him all 7 tree houses for birds in our garden were empty :whistle: - hated neighbors' chihauhua and attacked it on daily basis - well i didn't mind cause i didn't like that flower-destroying-rat either, but i think chihauhua did XD

Bella - my sweet cuddly fur-ball; hobby: sleeping, eating and cuddling - abnormally lazy: if u didn't want to step on her, u had to move her :nosweat:

Medena - my dog - her mom was husky, her dad was german sheppard - i got her when she was just a puppy and she was sleeping on my bed because she didn't want to stop crying (seriously THAT was crying!!! not barking) when she was alone in her basket at night - her way of showing trust was letting you touch her belly and behind the ears - i was the only one who ever did that - my brother once tried and she almost bit him :evil2: ... she hated unknown people and those that she knew she didn't like :lol3: i had to put her on a leash when we had guests like u can see on this picture

Now I have at home.. 3 cats.. (2 female, one male) and a dog.. he's about 3-4 months old.. we got it about two weeks ago.. if I will ever have any pics (I have no camera..not even on phone) I will post them up here. :)

:fish: actually not, we only had two cats that got killed by cars cuz we live close to a road,
thats why i only have flies as pets nowadays

At first I always wanted a dog.
But now I realize I just don't have the time (nor space) that dogs require. And other people in the house don't have the will to replace me when I'm not there.
Now I really want a cat.
It would be a perfect choice. Cats require less space, they do "their stuff" in sand so no need of going out...
For cat I would definitely have time.
Now I'm waiting for my brother to move out form apartment (probably in a year) and than I plan to get a Chartreux cat with beautiful gray/blue fur and copper eyes. :wub:

No, Vacak is neutered. They are the children of the cats of my mom's colleague.
I only have the orange coloured canary... :( I'll try to make them friends (:afaid:), but if the kitty wants to eat the birdy anyway, I'll move my winged friend to my sister's place on the same floor. So I can take care of both of them! :)
Well, I don't know if male or female... I don't really care. I'm looking for a pet we are going to be close friends with.

:wOOt: Preparing for Livi's arrival in August I'm already grateful for this kitty! :lol:
They are normal plain housecats. I don't feel like looking for a certain race of cats. I'm happier to help mom's colleague to give place to at least one of the little ones. I've been thinking about looking for a cat in an asylum, but now the "problem" is solved. :)

I'm not a friend of pet-race-obsession, either. But some races do look special, and I thought these cute furballs might well have happened to be some Norwegian Greyfluffs or something. :lol3:

Lovely kittens!. I truely recommend to choose a female cat than a male for many reasons:
* They are more intelligent.
* They are not so noisy when the mating time come. You know, the male cats are just annoying when that time comes.
* They are best hunters.
* They are more nobles and more social.
If you choose a female cat I sugget you let her have one time kittens, and then operate her, and everything will be just fine.

How old were they :/ more likely... these are pics several years old. Back then they were about two weeks :wub: she came from our couch (under which she hided them and gave a birth) to show us her new family! :)
All of them we gave to our friends :)
And both girls - there were only 2 had already have their own kitties. So Antti is already a grandma :D

No names yet... My sister and me would like to wait a little, to get to know them better, and I'm sure we'll find fitting names. He (stripy) is stronger than her (black), so my sister just told me on the phone that she's "helping her to stop playing her submissive role". And that "your cat is viewing your drawings". I think I'll name the black lady Futrinka. It means a kind of bug (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carabus_hungaricus) that's utterly black and runs like crazy. :lol: "Fut" means "run" by the way.
The stripy tiger still needs a name. :) Two kittens are running around like small horses, with a lot of noise, and they are fighting, but it's only a joke. They sleep together and when they hear in the morning that I'm awake, they are asking for a breakfast. :D In the evening he was purring aloud, before falling asleep. They are sooo small... They already rule the whole flat, climbing and chewing everything. They enjoy the wide place a lot, and they are so fast! I'm happy that they are feeling fine, and that they had absolutely no problem about moving to a new place. I'm looking forward to earning their trust, and being closer friends. :wub:
