I have to say ...well, this is the part where I get sentimental....I think that with time one really learns  to appreciate all this friends you make over the net. Not all of them, but I do have some that I care a lot for  :)

I just want to say that I met Ahriman (from Therion forum) last year. I met deathdancer a couple of weeks ago and yesterday I met schwarzbiber (from Therion forum) and we had really great time. He took a couple of photos so maybe you get some of them. But I warn you. I am more beautiful live than on pictures.   :D

I agree with you. And I would like to add that some of my friends are close-minded and they think it's stupid to make friends through internet. It's not like I asked you if you wanna be my friend and then we write to each other, it all goes with time. Maybe some of us could be great, if not best friends, who knows. And here also age doesn't matter.
I hope I am not so horrible at explaining things as I think. Maybe you noticed that I usually do not join in discussions on Therion forum.

I've made good friends through internet, and at first I was one of those who said that it was not possible to have a friendship  by this way...  :rolleyes:

It's really hard to meet them, more if they are from far countries, but I have to say that I've had good luck in this matter: I've meet two of them, and I'm glad of it!  B)

He, he, I've said that I met two NTSMS members, but I didn't said who, sorry  :blush:

One of them, of course, is GoreSickness. The other one is a special tourist who came to Barcelona this summer and he was guided by me through the city. I wish I was a good touristic guide... was I, Ivo?  ^_^

About Gore, he is a very good guy... but it's better no tell a lot, I cannot be impartial.
And about Ivo, he can be crazy (and he is), but very serious too. A good guy, who sometimes puzzles me... A good friend over all things.

I was planning to go to Germany for the world cup, but my country did not quallify, I got depressed and prefer to spent the money visiting my familly in Colombia for X-mas... so It is going to be really hard to be there.
But, you guys can come to Canada, we have a lot of  :unsure: ..... snow ... and hockey .... and  :unsure: well whatever, I'll take option b: you-know-where in noone-yet-knows-when.

I´ve been to Toronto because my mum had a cousin there, and I liked the vicinity a lot.

I must say that both Germany (probably not during the world cup though) and Canada are 'on my list'!  :)

(so is Croatia and I've seen some pretty damn cool pictures of El Salvador too!!).

All these places are in my top 10 of 'realistic destinations to visit in the next few years'.  I went to Spain, but Luth hid whilst I was there.  ^_^

I won't go to World Championship. I am waiting for you-know-where in noone-yet-knows-when! BUT even that is questionable for me. I have some much greater plans that I shall share with you when the time comes.

I have this plan for a tour round part of europe that goes like this:

Norway (tour around) > fly to Stockholm > fly to Helsinki > Train to St Petersberg > Fly to Germany (tour around the South) > Drive to Austria > Drive to Slovenia (tour around) > Drive to Croatia (stay on the coast) > fly to Rome > fly home...

But I can't afford to do it all in one go...  so instead I hope to achieve sections of it, and one of my favourites would be to go to Vienna, pick up a car & drive to Slovenia and take my time in coming down to Croatia, travel down the coast and chill out there for a while.

I've seen pics of places like Plitvice Lakes and of course of your home town Zadar too! :)

Tell me, where are the best places to go down the coast?  Most of my driving around I'll do in a week in Slovenia, so I'll be looking to find a good base to stay in Croatia for a week or so, for relaxing and sight-seeing.  B)

Dubrovnik is too damn far away.
Zadar is very nice.
Slapovi Krke (Falls of Krka) are something like Plitvice (but plitvice are ofcorse far more better)
