Hello Siren - please don't get me wrong... but I guess that people don't like to download unknown stuff so it would be better to upload such pictures somewhere where it is visible immediatelly like http://imageshack.us/  or www.zshare.net   or simply repast the link where You found the wallpaper :)

I think it's some kind of Disney promo or such. There were made several pictures with celebrities connected to the Disney stuff by Annie Leibowitz or what's her name : )

Maybe You will find some more info somewhere on the web : )

Of course I don't mind. I do not have copyright :D
