Hey, I wanted to create a topic where we can share nice videos from Youtube (not only of course).
I know there is a topic for some stupid links but I think that channel straight for videos is in my opinion bit better.
Lately I saw a very nice animated movie called "The Secret of Kells" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Secret_of_Kells). (Wiki link for the plot etc)... and there is one beautiful song in it with a great animation of my fav character in there... :)
I think some of You might actually like it.
http://youtu.be/tTiSak8r9P8 (http://youtu.be/tTiSak8r9P8)
lyrics:
You must go where I cannot,
Pangur Ban Pangur Ban,
Nil sa saol seo ach ceo,
Is ni bheimid beo,
ach seal beag gearr.
Pangur Ban Pangur Ban,
Nil sa saol seo ach ceo,
Is ni bheimid beo,
ach seal beag gearr.
Literal Translation:
You must go where I cannot,
Pangur Ban Pangur Ban,
There is nothing in this life but mist,
And we are not alive,
but for a little short spell.
Pangur Ban Pangur Ban,
There is nothing in this life but mist,
And we are not alive,
but for a little short spell.

Beautiful, Kris! :) I can understand that you like it. And now I also understand your new signature - which I like a hell of a lot better than the one you had before. :)
Cheers!

I am glad You like it :-)
Hm, unfortunately that signature is still very much valid. I just go charmed by the lyrics very much so I changed it. :)

I've just found this wonderful video on cats. Cat lovers and cat enemies will also like it. :D Cat lovers for the cuddly cute fluffy kittens showed, and cat enemies because of the great sense of humour how these room-predators were handled.

My obsession this summer was Studio Ghibli, Miyazaki and Joe Hisaishi.. and the song that tears me apart and makes me cry just because it is so darn perfect:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uo_nVEWJ4Bc
and translation I wound online:
The smile that trembles deep behind your tears
Is the promise of the world since the beginning of time
Even if I’m alone now, from our yesterdays
Today is born sparkling
Like the day when we first met
You’re not in my memories
You turn into a breeze and touch my cheeks
Even after our parting in the afternoon with the sun beaming through the trees
The promise of the world won’t ever end
Even if I’m alone now, tomorrow is limitless
You taught me about
The kindness that lurks in the night
You’re not in my memories
So live forever in the song of the streams
In the color of this sky, in the fragrance of flowers

That's very nice one :) Thank You for sharing it. I myself enjoy Ghibli too. So far I saw only Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle and also Spirited Away. For two of them I do have a soundtrack too.
My favourite is Mononoke and also the soundtrack from this movie. :-)

Beautiful music indeed, Saphi! And the translation you posted is very poetic. Thank you for sharing!
Cheers!
