To start with this topic...
I'm going to drink a fantastic green tea :wOOt:
-
Great idea Luthy, I'll have a coffee
-
I already have my own cup of coffee ^_^ now we can speak about tea :shifty:
-
Aluqak... who changes the topic? ¬¬
Kicks him hard in the butt (or what fishies have as butt)
Back to the topic! :wOOt:
-
I think this topic needs a picture too:

Nice picture Lucy! :wOOt:
-
I love fruit tea and many more! Don't know names on croatian so it's hard to write that on english. :ninja:
-
Today I will choose white tea with tangerine aroma - will be great before sleep - in my reading time :)
-
I have some tea every morning, but if you want to talk to a tea expert, I think I should call my mother.
-
Hey there,
usually I have lots and lots of gunpowder - a variety of green tea - every morning. :)
Cheers!
Markus
-
Gunpowder is too strong for me, besides I prefer black, white and red sorts of tea but sometimes I can drink even it :)
Today no tea. It's morning so I'm sacrficing myselfto Gods of Caffeine
-
Tea has caffeine too. It's called teine (at least in Spanish, I suppose in English too), but the composition seems to be the same. So, it's caffeine too -_-
-
But it works in different way... but teine is much stronger (but tea has less of it in it) - thanks for Toxicology classes :shifty:
-
Hey folks,
as far as I know, what once was believed to be an alkaloid of its own and named tein is just caffeine in disguise. :lol3: The substance itself is the very same; yet tea and coffee work a bit differently - not because the main alkaloid would be different but because it's accompanied by different substances. Tea contains tanning agents that influence the effect of the caffeine.
Cheers!
Markus, brewing some tannine-rich gunpowder
-
Don't drink too much gunpowder... you can explode after :lol3:
-
That's why I put it into water, Vlad.
-
Ooooooof... after so many days of drinking it probably I will see this explosion from here... Halle is not so far...
Gives fire extinguisher to Markus - for sure
-
I don't like coffee - tried it, didn't work. We went out a couple of times, but the chemistry just wasn't there.
Bad jokes aside, I'm a Tea-Man. Chamomile, while being a kind of herbal tea rather than a true tea itself, is definitely my favorite. I dunno why.
In times of trouble, if I want something harder, something heavier, I go for Earl Gray. Hot.
...
The homosexual innuendo notwithstanding. Iron, stop breathing heavily.
-
Earl Grey is nice... as a tea. I don't know this guy himself but the tea is good - cold... with lemon and ice cubes.
-
I love peppermint tea - I drink 1 liter per day (weekdays at work) :)
-
Haha you cold guys.
Watches them affectionately
-
Dunno if there is something like this in english but...
Boldo tea http://www.mujeresdeempresa.com/images/placeres/taza_te.jpg
yo yo yo
-
Ate some of it... not so good...
-
I will kill for an ice tea... but it's damn cold.. so maybe... I will kill for hot earl grey with some rum in it :)
-
My nipples are cold from constant neglect -
Alas, wherefore burns this midnight oil
In, erm, the middle of the day?
I say, your bunny feels like golden heels
Prob'ly feel when left to boil
For far too long.
Alas!
A lass, a bass and a fortune teller
Went one day to my wine cellar
I really did try to tell her
That that's where I keep the bodies -
Did she listen? Nooo...
She just went on her way
(In this, the middle of the day)
To that city on the edge
Of forever.
*gasp*
Where hides my lovely maiden?
Well, I never played Ninja Gaiden
And for that I don't feel bad -
Scarcely clad though I may be
There's one thing that puzzle me:
What can stand between a man
And his tea?
Nothing, nothing I say!
Though right now,
On this day,
I must proclaim
That tea is tame
And the name
Of the game
Is shame;
If you're a fortune teller, of course.
Damn it, man! You see only a heap of broken images
Where the tea beats in unison with my heart -
Hear me, hear me, I say! Screw your metaphors
And have with tea away.
...
Right now, staring at the bulging sea
Of my train of thought
Damn, I could go for a cup of hot tea...
...
I could. I ought to.
Just for me.

Aaah, good topic! I was just drinking a glass of cold "Blue Mallow" infusion (rose hips, apple pieces, hibiscus, orange & lemon peels, mango fruitgranulate, sunflowers, blue mallow flowers, flavour - pineapple, strawberry, cherry). Excellent!

That's more like a fruit platter hehehehe

Seems like this :wink2:
But where is the TEA in it? :nosweat:
-
It's a fruit INFUSION! ¬¬
-
Fruit INFUSION = Tea CONFUSION
Watch out Tea_Watchers may come and bring an end to such abomination....
BTW... I like fruit teas ^_^
-
Just finished an awfully weary and boring task. I've been working on it for several hours, but now my boss is happy.
After that I've made the Perfect Earl Grey Tea... mmmh... very hot, very sweet. I adore bergamot, even my favourite perfume contains it. :)

Twinings are all the black tea variety, right? It's the one I like less... I prefer green, red, even white tea

They have green and herbal teas also. :)
-
I'm drinking Twinings Green Tea Selection package last few days...
Best Apple, orange and lemon flavored teas I ever tasted

My Czech teacher just brought me a huuuge assortment package of London fruit infusions from Slovakia, 8 varieties, 80 teabags... I think I will sleep with the box, it's so colourful and beautiful and smells and tastes great...
